Introduction

Creating cooperation and mutual synergy is a challenge in any organization. Sometimes personal interests, norms and values do not naturally or optimally align. As a result, utilizing and enhancing each other's qualities is neglected.

Within a team, patterns emerge that are not always visible or discussable in day-to-day business. Within a "Team Coaching" and intervision program, these issues are discussed. We look at the personal needs within the team, but the emphasis is on mutual cooperation and synergy. During a Team Coaching trajectory, we ensure that issues that have not been discussed are made open for discussion, that communication within the team is clear and transparent, but also that expectations are clearly aligned.
