Within a team, patterns emerge that are not always visible or discussable in day-to-day business. Within a "Team Coaching" and intervision program, these issues are discussed. We look at the personal needs within the team, but the emphasis is on mutual cooperation and synergy. During a Team Coaching trajectory, we ensure that issues that have not been discussed are made open for discussion, that communication within the team is clear and transparent, but also that expectations are clearly aligned.
